I am extremely sad to report that Jeff Fincun (Wyanoke 1958 - 1963) was recently diagnosed with pancreatic cancer which has spread to the liver. He is now in hospice care.

Here is a portion of an email Tom Falcon sent to Pat Freeland earlier today (1/11/2016):

I just had a long talk with Leslie Fincun. She asked that I relay this devastating news to you and it is ok to send an email out to the Wyanoke group.

Jeff was diagnosed around Christmas with pancreatic cancer that has spread to his liver. Hospice care is adjusting his pain control medicine and I believe he will be home soon with continued pain control through hospice care.

Phone calls to Jeff are not appropriate as he has periods of short term focus. I suggest contacting Leslie at her email: lesliefincun@gmail.com.
