I just recently discovered this wonderful site and can't begin to tell you how much it means to me! Mike Freeland has given us all an incredible gift (my 68 J-8 Councilor) with all he has done here. We have been emailing back and forth and recalling some wonderful memories! If you remember me or I was in your cabin or tent back then I'd certainly love to hear from you. The 3 summers I spent there were the most memorable of my youth. Looking forward to reconnecting with long lost fellow Wyanoke campers!

We're glad that you found us and have made contact with Mike Freeland. We missed each other by only 2 years as my last summer was 1964 as C-6 councilor.
